Charities are required to disclose, in £10k bands, the total employee benefits of any staff member paid over £60,000 a year. This table lists charities in our register with a disclosed band, ordered from highest to lowest. It's informational, not a judgement — a higher band can reflect a large, complex organisation as easily as anything else, and pay for equivalent roles varies a great deal by sector and charity size.
