What it says it does
PROMOTING EQUALITY IN AFRICAN SCHOOLS
PEAS founds and manages sustainably financed secondary schools in Africa in response to massive excess demand for affordable secondary education. We also support governments to improve 100s of schools in the countries we work. PEAS schools fund running costs from a mixture of very low fees, income generating projects and government subsidy. As of 2024, we run 36 schools across Uganda and Zambia.

Income less expenditure is arithmetic, not a judgement of efficiency. Capital spending, restricted funds, grants, reserves, staffing models and reporting periods can make a superficial comparison misleading. Open the filed accounts before reaching a conclusion.
