What it says it does
RAPE CRISIS ENGLAND & WALES
The objects of Rape Crisis England & Wales are to relieve the trauma and distress of women and girls, their families and friends, who have experienced any form of sexual violence. RCEW does this through support and promotion of Rape Crisis Centres and through raising awareness of the issues of sexual violence in the wider community and with local and national government.

Income less expenditure is arithmetic, not a judgement of efficiency. Capital spending, restricted funds, grants, reserves, staffing models and reporting periods can make a superficial comparison misleading. Open the filed accounts before reaching a conclusion.
